I went to the gym this afternoon. Again. I was supposed to have:
1. GAP class (it’s legs, abds and butt)
2. one hour cardiofitness
3. one hour Tai-Chi
Ok, I can put a tick on the first two points. BUT, I had to change the third one for a ABDS class, because tai-chi class will start next week. I red the wrong gym timetable. How smart am I?
The outcome? After gym, I had to drag myself home because all my body was hurting. And it still does.
